The Elk Barn is a wonderful place to stay. You couldn’t ask for a more efficient and gracious host as you will find in Meggen. It is spacious and there is something for everyone. We have been to a lot of VRBO’s that were considered “luxurious “ but none was as clean and well maintained as this one. I can’t say enough about Meggen and the previous reviews about her is what sold me on it to begin with. She has snacks, coffee machines everywhere and a drink cooler. The kitchen has every cooking utensil and pan you would ever need. We played in the creek on the property and the kids were on the kayak or paddle boat in the pond. We took day trips to the Ross Cedars and the Kootenai hanging bridge. We took off from the barn on our side by sides and saw some beautiful country. She has everything you need right there for a great vacation. I highly recommend it.!!
